HISTORY

Woodside Holdings Investment Management ("Woodside") has grown out of Woodside Holdings Ltd, a family holding company established in Singapore in 1959 by the late Sir Ewen Fergusson.

In 1979 Donald Fergusson restructured the family assets to meet the prevailing family needs thereby established NIMOI Ltd.

At the end of 2006, after nearly 50 years as a family office, David and Alexander Fergusson restructured the assets into a quasi-institutional structure for the purposes of creating an auditable track record in preparation for opening up to external investors.

Soon after, the Fergusson brothers incorporated Woodside Holdings Investment Management Pte Ltd formally separating the public securities investment activity from Nimoi Holdings Pte Ltd (special situations / illiquid investment activity).

Woodside Holdings Investment Management (Registration number 200913768D) is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, but is exempted from holding a Capital Markets Services Licence under Paragraph 5(1)(d) of the Second Schedule to the Securities and Futures (Licensing and Conduct of Business) Regulations (RG10) ["SFR"].
